Rental terms

When you rent

1. The renter is fully responsible for all rented equipment from the moment it is handed over until it is returned and checked.
2. The renter agrees to pay the full repair or replacement cost for any loss, theft or damage.
3. The renter agrees not to lend or transfer the equipment to another person.
4. The equipment is inspected at handover. By collecting it, the renter confirms they have inspected it and received it in good working condition, unless a fault is written down at handover.
5. A valid means of identification is required, and a copy is kept.
6. Equipment returned after the agreed return time may attract a late fee.
7. The accessories listed for each item are part of the rental and must be returned complete.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel a booking, contact the shop as early as you can. The shop will confirm what can be refunded.

By booking, the renter accepts these terms. A copy of the agreement is on every booking page.
